Sony N100 media player UK-bound

Sony has introduced its network media player, known as Sony SMP-N100. It enables you to stream Bravia internet video around the home via Wi-Fi or DLNA-compliant ethernet. The N100 has already been out in the US for a month or so, where it goes for $129.
The Sony SMP-N100 has on-board noise-reduction technology cleans up content streamed in real time to deliver improved quality. It enables us to enjoy the likes of YouTube and TV catch-up services on any network-connected screen in the house, in full HD where applicable. Sound is well looked after too thanks to compatibility with the latest HD audio codecs, which should come in handy when linking up to Sony’s new online music and video service, called Qriocity.
