Sony Ericsson Rachel, the first SE with Android
Since many months has been rumored about the new Sony Ericsson mobile phone with Android, which is increasingly more aware of data, although still unofficially.
Now known as Sony Ericsson Rachel, the device would be a high-end cellphone belonging to the family of the Xperia, where for now we only found the X1 now available on the market. The SE Rachel will have a touchscreen, with an 8-megapixel camera and HSDPA connectivity at 7.2 Mbps, with a distinct focus on advanced and demanding an audience.
An interesting feature with the Sony Ericsson wants to challenge Apple is implementing a 1 Ghz processor.
An Android for Sony Ericsson with an affordable price would be ideal, more or less on the cost of the HTC Magic. Unfortunately it seems that is not going to happen, and it would be ridiculous to think one is Sony Ericsson Rachel with prices similar to those of the Xperia X1, with a partner and initial 300 or 400 euros.
