Huawei has officially announced its Android -based tablet, named SmaKit S7. This Huawei SmaKit S7 is expected to be available beginning this summer.

The Google Nexus One has appeared at Vodafone UK. It packs a 5MP autofocus camera with flash, a touchscreen display, a memory card slot, and voice-enabled keyboard. Google Nexus One phone has supports 3G, GPRS, HSDPA, and Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz.

Measuring at 119×59.8×11.5 mm, this Google Nexus One is scheduled release for an April 2010 but at Vodafone UK’s website, the Google Nexus One phone is “coming soon”, it could be later this month. No information of its price.

The Nokia C6 is a touchscreen phone and has a full sliding QWERTY keyboard. This phone is espected will be available in European market this spring. New QWERTY messaging phone from LG has appeared, called LG Cosmos VN250. It comes with a sliding 4-row QWERTY keyboard, a 2-inch display and numeric pad with navigation d-pad.

The LG Cosmos VN250 also features a microSD card slot, a microUSB port, 1.3MP camera, and a 2.5mm headset jack. This phone will be available for market via Verizon and it is expected on March 25th 2010. No word on pricing.

The T-Mobile has reported the review of Motorola CLIQ XT Smartphone which runs Android 1.5 and MOTOBLUR.

The Motorola CLIQ XT features a slide-out hardware keyboard in favor of a slimmer chassis and Swype text-entry system, a 5-megapixel camera, multitouch and Flash Lite support. The CLIQ XT being positioned as a mid-range device.

Fujifilm Korea has revealed its two premium compact cameras in local market, they are FinePix Z700EXR and FinePix Z70. Both are equipped with a 3.5-inch advanced touchscreen LCD.

The Z700EXR has a 12 megapixel Super CCD EXR sensor, Dual Direction GUI and Dual Image Display functions. While the FinePix Z70 features a one touch button to directly upload images online and HD video recording. It incorporates a 12MP sensor, 2.7-inch LCD display and a 5x optical zoom lens.

Philips has entered the Chinese market with its new mobile phone which runs Windows Mobile, called Philips D900. It adopts a 2.8-inch touch screen TFT display with a resolution of 320×240 pixels (QVGA).

The Philips D900 features 2-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi/WAPI, Bluetooth, a microSD memory card slot (2GB card included), GPS and USB 1.1 interface to syncronize with computer. First samsung e-book reader Samsung has been shown in US market, named Samsung E6-book reader. its features a slider form factor, 2GB of internal storage, a microSD memory card slot (up to 16GB), a 6-inch e-ink display with resolution of 600×800 pixel, 8-Gray scale, and MP3 player. It has also 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and equipped with 2GB of Samsung E6-book reader is able to store 1,500 books or 24,000 pages of memos.

The Samsung E6-book reader will be sale in partnership with Barnes & Noble. Samsung’s text-to-speech (TTS) technology, that offers reads text aloud and enjoy favorite content even while driving are provided in this device.it has an electromagnetic resonance (EMR) stylus pen, which allows writing capabilities. It will be available for $299.
