NETSEE has launched its ultra-slim and light netbook which measures less than 1-inch thickness and 920g weight in Korean market, called NETSEE UNC-890. It is available in White and Red color options.

NETSEE UNC-890 ultra-slim netbook is powered by Intel N270(1.6Ghz) processor, 1GB RAM and 32GB SSD. It features an 8.9-inch wide LCD monitor with 1024*600 resolution, a 3M webcam and wireless LAN support. It has cost between 439,000(KRW) and 399,000(KRW) respectively.

The sale of LG X300 ultra-thin notebook will be started this month. This notebook is powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Menlow platform, 2GB of RAM, and a 128GB solid state drive (SSD). It is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium. LG X300 notebook is comes in two color options, shiny white and light brown.

The LG X300 ultra-thin notebook will be debut in Asia, the Middle East and South America market this month. It has 17.5mm thick and weights just 970 grams for ultimate in portability. ASUS has presented its latest Pine Trail netbook which is designed by Karim Rashid, namely Asus Eee PC 1008KR. It boasts a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 CPU, integrated graphics, 2GB of RAM, Intel NM10 Express chipset, and a 320GB hard drive. This netbook is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium (32bit).

Adopting a a 10.1-inch widescreen TFT LCD display with 1024×600 resolution, the Asus Eee PC 1008KR netbook has decorated the bottom of a baking sheet and 3D geometric design like a ripple. It features SD/SDHC/MMC media card reader, two USB 2.0 port, D-Sub, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Ethernet port, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and Webcam.

Lenovo has started the sale of its latest notebook, the Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 which is now available on the Lenovo website. It runs a Core i5-520M processor, ATI Radeon HD 5650 graphics with 1GB of VRAM, 4GB of RAM, 14-inch HD LED backlit screen, WiFi, Bluetooth and more.

Running on Windows Home 7 Premium 64-bit, this Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 is available in two pre-configured versions. Panasonic recently has introduced its new device which claimed as the world’s lightest 12.1-inch convertible tablet PC, namely Toughbook C1. It boasts the Intel Core i5-520M vPro at 2.4GHz with brings a 320GB HDD that is shock mounted and the C1 has 2GB of RAM.

The Toughbook C1 has two screen options include a 12.1-inch WXGA with LED backlighting with multitouch and a digitizer. A screen that works with users wearing gloves will be offered this fall. It can withstand a drop from 30-inchs up and can be fitted with Gobi2000 mobile broadband.

Running on Windows 7, the Toughbook C1 convertible machine is also supports Bluetooth, WiFi, optional fingerprint reader and SmartCard readers. It weighs at 3.2 pounds with one battery or 3.7 pounds with two batteries. It will be available wolrdwide in June with a US price of $2499.

Dell has announced a pair of new Dell Studio notebooks that are touch enabled, they are Studio 1558 Touch and the Studio 1749 Touch. Both of them boast Intel Core i5 processor.

The Studio 1558 Touch has a 15-inch display with features Windows 7 Home Premium, 3GB of RAM, and 320GB HDD. While its brother, the Studio 1749 Touch comes with 3GB of RAM, and 320GB HDD with adopts a 17-inch display. The 1558 Touch has cost at $999 after a $314 discount and the 1749 Touch is $1049 after a $384 discount.

One of Gigabyte netbooks, the Gigabyte TouchNote T1000 convertible netbook-tablets has added with the newest After Intel Atom N470. With adopts a 10.1-inch 1,366 x 768 touchscreen and a choice of the N450 or N470 CPUs, it comes with 1GB of RAM, a 250GB HDD and Intel GMA 3150 graphics, along with WiFi b/g/n, 10/100 ethernet and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR.

A new Pine Trail-based netbook from Pioneer Computers Australia has been developed with a 3.75G module, named DreamBook Lite M81. It has a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1024×600 pixels, a 7-in-1 card reader, 1.3-megapixel webcam, stereo speakers, and microphone. It is equipped with two USB 2.0 ports and D-Sub.

Featuring a Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth, the Pioneer DreamBook Lite M81 netbook has dimensions at 271×189×20-28 mm and weight 1.2 pounds. It is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, up to 2GB of RAM, and 2.5-inch SATA HDD. Its battery provides up to 6 hours of use. New DreamBook Lite M81 has cost at $400.

New Acer Aspire One netbook is an updated version of the 10.1-inch Acer Aspire One Android netbook, which was shown in the past year. It is pre-installed Google Android OS and Windows 7 OS. The detail specifications of this dual-boot netbook with Google Android have not been reported.

Acer ha announced its first netbook running on nVidia Ion 2 at Mobile World Congress 2010 (MWC), known as Acer Aspire One 532g. It has a 10-inch display with LED backlight and combines a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor and a GeForce discrete graphics which offers very high performance and enough to work with high definition graphics.

The Acer Aspire One 532g netbook comes with Wi-Fi and optional 3G mobile networks. It is made in the thickness of about 2.5 cm and weighs about 1 kg. Its battery provides up to 10 hours. Detail specifications still not known yet.

gScreen Computer has stored its new notebook with two high-grade displays to the market, called gScreen SpaceBook 17. It baosts a 2.66GHz Intel Core i7-620M CPU and support Turbo Boost technology, a 4GB of RAM, up to 500GB hard drive (7200rpm), a GeForce GTS 150M GPU with 1GB of memory.

Adopting a 17.3-inch LED-backlit displays, gScreen SpaceBook 17 notebook comes with DVD burner, a 9-cell battery, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and a 6-in-1 card reader. It is running on Windows 7 Professional. The cost of gScreen SpaceBook 17 notebook has not been reported. It will be available in May 2010.
