BenQ Joybook U101 Notebook

Like has happened with the 1002HA Asus, the BenQ Joybook U101 is another ultraportable that’s already had but that news reaches us today formally.
Its salient feature is that the 10-inch screen has a 16:9 format, a novelty in the field of ultraportable. However, it’s up to everyone to decide whether that change is for better or for worse, as it loses some of vertical resolution, keeping in 1024 x 576 pixels.
In addition, the features are quite similar to other models of the same rank: Intel Atom 1.6 GHz, 512 MB or 1 GB of RAM and various storage options, both in conventional hard drive, with sizes of between 80 and 160 GB , As in SSD discs, with 4 GB and 16 GB.
As additional features, the BenQ Joybook U101 includes Wi-Fi compatible with 802.11g, Bluetooth 2.0, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and a memory card reader 4-in-1, plus three USB 2.0 ports.
Has a weight of 1.1 kilos and a three-cell battery that offers a range of up to four hours. The model with 1 GB of RAM, 160 GB hard drive and Windows XP Home comes at a price of 398 euros. 3G connectivity, which is expected in this ultraportable, will be available shortly in new models.
